If you need to drive a vehicle onto the square to leave, you cannot do so, until after 11:00 pm. If you are able to wheel away your merchandise and tent/canopy, you can leave at either 6:00pm or 9:00pm. Your time of departure will be an important factor for consideration when we are placing vendors on the site plan.

For a truckFor a tent/canopy to sell goods or services. NOTE: Sponsors selling goods will require a $55 special event permit.For a tent/canopy for promotion or activation station only
C) GARBAGE REMOVAL Due to an excessive number of vendors leaving their garbage at their spot at the end of the evening, a new load-out procedure will be implemented. Vendor spots will be inspected, and a clearance pass will be provided. No vendor/vehicle/truck will be allowed to leave Celebration Square without proof of a clearance pass. Vendors are given the option to PAY to clean up their garbage.

Non-profit organizations are eligible to purchase a space in the designated area for non-profits. Non-profit organizations will be allocated spaces based on program applicability (i.e. children's area for children's non-profits) OR where space is available.
